At Evolution Mental Health Counseling, our goal is to help you achieve yours.
Formerly Psychotherapy Associates, Evolution Mental Health Counseling became a group practice in January 2021, after the owner and provider, Eli Kassis, practiced Mental Health Counseling for thirteen years. What started as a small practice in Vestal, with just one receptionist by his side, has now expanded to the third office here at 15 Riverside Drive with ten staff members, and plans to grow even more.
With our team of friendly and compassionate therapists and staff, we strive to be kind, accommodating, and gentle with you. From our first conversations, you will see that you will get the help that you need from our providers. Our staff will be available to you via email or phone call to answer any questions that may come up during your time with us.

Counseling That's Right for You
Couples Counseling
Couples will build communication skills, problem-solve, and identify goals within the relationship and beyond.
It is not a requirement to be married to your significant other!
Individual Counseling
Individuals will have a helping hand in examining their life, setting goals, and gaining awareness of mental health concerns, as well as alleviating the burden of some mental health concerns.
Child Therapy
Play therapy allows the gap between adult provider and child client to be bridged, alleviating a child's anxiety and allowing the child to explore emotions and events in a safe, calm environment.
