Owner and Provider
I most enjoy working with couples, but mostly want to add enrichment to my clients lives.
Provider
I enjoy using mindfulness and behavioral techniques with clients so that they feel equipped with staying present to handle their life's stressors and manage anger effectively.
Provider
I enjoy working with children with an eclectic approach. I aim to help children verbalize their feelings, give them healthy coping skills, and improve their emotional regulation.
Provider
I like to help individuals with negative life experiences. I use healing, motivational therapies to resolve trauma and build better relationships.
Provider
My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth. Whether you want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, in need of better coping and interpersonal skills, or ready to face your depression, anxiety, or trauma head-on, I am privileged to work alongside you on your journey.
Provider Starting in September
Amanda Bucko, M.S., MHC-LP
I use a person-centered approach to help individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal, grow, and build resilience.
