No, we are out of network. You would be required to pay for your sessions at the time you are seen. We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit card, HSA cards, and other flex spending accounts. We are also able to provide you with a receipt for insurance reimbursement at your request.

Many of our clients have been able to get reimbursed by their insurance company for counseling services that we provide, however the amount or type of reimbursement can vary depending on your individual/family's plan. In some instances, payments that you make for out-of-network counseling goes toward your yearly deductible, while others are reimbursed directly with a check sent to their residence. Rarely there are also times when the cost may not be covered at all. Please check with your insurance company to get specifics of your coverage.

If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance company, you can request us to provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. We will confirm with you at the time of your appointment if you would like the superbill printed or sent to you be email. You as the policy holder will need to submit these superbills to your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance provider on how to process and submit these superbills on your behalf. If you do not receive a superbill for any session and would like one, please reach out to our administrative staff. Once your insurance company processes the superbill, they will send you a check directly (usually within 4-6 weeks) to reimburse you for your out-of-pocket expenses.

No, providers part of Evolution Mental Health Counseling are not in network with Medicare or Medicaid. Jessica Truman, a separate provider in our office, does take Medicare Part B. Reach out to our administrative staff for more details.

We understand that people lead busy lives and may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment from time to time. With that being said, we ask that our clients give 24 hours notice when they need to cancel or reschedule. This is to respect the therapist's time and to allow appropriate time to offer it to another individual who may need it. Any appointment cancellations/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. *Note: Exceptions may be made if the client is ill or experiencing an emergency.

No, clinicians in our office are not able to prescribe or manage medication. We do have providers we work with and recommend, so if you are a client or looking to become one, feel free to ask your therapist for a reference.
